International Career
Along side his commitment to Blackburn Rovers, Jason had has the honour to play for the Grenada national team. His dedication to the country, as a player, has been an important influence for the team. Jason managed to score a penalty kick against the USA during the 2006 World Cup qualifiers, before Grenada bowed out to the United States. A brilliant 10-0 win against the US Virgin Islands was kicked off by two golden strikes from Jason, during the 2010 World Cup.
An international career high-point came when Grenada beat Jamaica 2-1 in a friendly on June 2008, in preparation for the World Cup qualifiers. Both teams were level after the full 90 minutes, Jason’s winning strike came in extra time and sealed Grenada’s second ever win against the Reggae Boyz.
